Antioxidant ST - 225

The antioxidant ST-225 is a synergistic mixture of anti-oxidant ST-10 and antioxidant ST-168.

This product is extremely toxic and can be used in the packaging materials of food and medicine. It is easily soluble in benzene, chloroform, ethyl acetate and other organic solvents, insoluble in alcohols and water.

The antioxidant ST-225 is a convenient mixture. It has obvious advantages in the recommended use. Such as:

• Maintain initial melt flow rate.

• Small change in color

• Improve long-term thermal stability.

• Organic phosphatide ST-168 has low volatility and hydrolysis, and protects the organic polymer which is easily oxidized in the process; Hindered phenol antioxidant ST-10 provides both processing stability and long-term thermal stability to prevent thermal degradation during use.

   

  Application: Suitable for polyolefin and olefin copolymer, such as copolymer of polyethylene, polypropylene ,polybutene and EVA. It can also be used in engineering plastics, styrene polymers and copolymers, polyurethane, elastomers, adhesives and other organic matrix. It can also be used in conjunction with TINUVIN and chimneys b series of light stabilizers.

   

  Packing: the carton is lined with plastic bags, with a net weight of 25kg.

  Storage: Attention to moisture-proof and heat-proof.

  Participation dosage: The general dosage is 0.1% - 0.5%.

  Shelf life:24 months.
