Properties: white powder appearance. Phosphorus content 7. 15% to 7. 35%. The melting point is greater than 225℃. Soluble in benzene, toluene, styrene, ethyl acetate, and ethanol, insoluble in water. Good heat resistance (stable at 350℃), low volatility, not easy to hydrolysis, no pollution, no discoloration. As an auxiliary antioxidant and the main antioxidant, the antioxidant efficiency can be improved.

Features and advantages: st-9228 is a high efficiency auxiliary antioxidant containing double phosphorus, with excellent high temperature stability, still has quite good stability above 300℃ (Td >350℃), is high heat resistance and efficient processing stabilizer, auxiliary antioxidant, and the main antioxidant coordination has significant synergistic effect. Suitable for PP, PA, PU, PC, EVA, PBT, ABS and other high polymers. The required amount of addition is low, 0.10~0.15%, which can show a good effect. Especially suitable for engineering plastics including PC, PET, PA, PBT, PS, PP, pe-lld, EVA and other systems, significantly improve the color and quality stability (anti-yellowing, anti-black point), melting finger stability under high temperature processing conditions, good compatibility with matrix resin. Combined with 1010 and other obstructed phenolic antioxidants, it has a synergistic effect and significantly improves the long-term aging performance of polymers. 

Application: widely used in PC, PP, PA and engineering plastics.

Storage: should pay attention to moisture, heat.
