Properties: white crystalline powder appearance; Molten cheng 234-240 ℃; The lower limit of dust explosion concentration is 0.12kg /m3, and the explosive index is 0.37. Soluble in toluene, dichloromethane and other organic solvents, slightly soluble in alcohol, insoluble in water.

Features and advantages: the solid space barrier around phosphorus atom is large, the hydrolysis stability is good. Added to the polymer, the product can improve the processing stability, of discoloration due to heat and uv phenomenon have good inhibitory effect, make the polymer processing when the colour and lustre is improved, and beneficial to improve the thermal stability, the less the degradation of polymer in the processing, in many applications to improve polymer flue gas fade resistance. Compared with other diphosphite antioxidants, it has higher phosphorus content and can be used for more efficient formulation due to its high performance and low input. Small thermal decomposition, TGA of 1% up to 300℃, excellent heat resistance, can reduce the deterioration of the product surface.

Usage: widely used in PE, PP, ABS and engineering plastics.

Storage: pay attention to moisture and heat.

Packing: cardboard barrel (box) lined with aluminum plastic bag, net weight of each barrel (box) is 20Kg.

Reference dosage: the general dosage is 0.05%-0.3%.
