Properties: it is a high activity, low volatility, multipurpose, pollution-free polymerization hindered phenol antioxidant. It is recommended as an excellent antioxidant for natural and synthetic rubber polymers and butadiene compounds. It also has good antioxidant effect in latex, and has excellent dispersion or compatibility. In rubber, elastic silk thread, carpet bottom glue, foam and other materials for multiple washing and cooking, showing a lower migration or extraction. Better performance than 264, 2246, 1010, 1076, the amount of adding less (than the amount of BHT and other anti-aging agents less than half); Have contact with food approved characteristics.

USES: 1, mainly used to protect light-colored, pollution-free compounds, such as: natural rubber, sealant, ABS, BR, IR, NBR, NR, SBR, SBS, SIS and other derivatives. 2. It can be used in polymer processing, such as elastic silk thread, carpet backing, foam rubber pad material, sole material, family and surgical rubber gloves, medical products, baby pacifier, rubber additive, hot water bottle, bathroom mat, auto parts, paper coating, etc., to enhance stability. 3. This product can protect natural and synthetic polymers based on isoprene and butadiene chemistry. 4. It can be used as an efficient polyphenol additive.

Toxicity: this product has low toxicity and may come into contact with food under fda legislation section 175105 (additives) and section 1772600 (rubber clause). In addition, please refer to MSDS of this product for operation and toxicology information.

Storage and packing: this product should be protected from moisture and heat. Should not be exposed to the sun or high temperature storage, should be placed in a cool dry, ventilated place. The cardboard drum (box) is lined with plastic bag, the net weight of each barrel (box) is 25Kg.

Reference dosage: the recommended dosage is 0.5%-1.5%.
