As the world's most widely used antioxidant in PE, XLPE wire and cable materials, 1035 can improve excellent processing stability and long-term stability, and minimal stain. 1035 can eliminate the influence of micro pollutants on the insulation performance of cables. Compared with other antioxidants used in wire and cable materials, 1035 provides better thermal stability and migration resistance.
Suitable for wire and cable materials containing carbon black, LDPE wire and cable, PVA, XLPE wire and cable, polyol/polyurethane, polypropylene, elastomer, high impact polystyrene, hot melt adhesive, ABS, etc. In XLPE and polymers containing carbon black, 1035 is perfectly mixed with thioether auxiliary antioxidant DSTP/DLTP.
Recommended dosage: 0.1%-0.5%.
