Properties: white or white crystal powder appearance. Melting point 76 ℃ ~ 79 ℃, flash point > 150 ℃, relative density 1.14 (20 ℃), the vapor pressure (30 ℃) 4 x - 8-10 pa, thermo-gravimetric (TGA, in the air, heating rate 20 ℃ / min) 1% weightlessness temperature 280 ℃, 10% weightlessness temperature 330 ℃, solubility: % (20 ℃, w/w) acetone > 50, 18, benzene, chloroform > 40, ethyl acetate, 37, methanol 12, n-hexane < 0.1, water < 0.01.

Usage: st-245 is an efficient asymmetric hindered phenol antioxidant, which is characterized by high antioxidant efficiency, low volatility, good oxidation coloring resistance, significant synergistic effect with auxiliary antioxidants (such as thioesters or phosphites), and good weather resistance when combined with light stabilizer. Mainly used for HIPS,ABS,MBS and other styrene polymers and POM, PA and other engineering thermoplastic resin processing and long-term thermal stabilizer, at the same time in PVC polymerization process is also an effective chain termination agent. In addition, this product has no effect on the reaction of polymers. When it is used for high impact polystyrene and polyvinyl chloride, it can be added to monomer before polymerization.

Reference dosage: depending on the application area, the recommended dosage of st-245 is as follows:

styrene polymer（HIPS，ABS，MBS etc）             0.05%～0.5%

Polyformaldehyde, thermoplastic polyurethane, etc                                        0.1%～0.5% 

Chain termination agent for PVC polymerization                                         0.02%～0.05%

Health and safety: st-245 structure products have been approved by the FDA and other packaging materials for contact with food, operation and use should avoid the formation of dust, and stay away from the source of fire.

Storage and packaging: store in dry place at low temperature. The cardboard drum (box) is lined with plastic bags of 25Kg or 20Kg net.
